Toast the bagel and begin heating the frying pan to fry the egg and deli meat.
Spray the frying pan and crack an egg into the pan. Season with salt and pepper. Place the deli slices of turkey in the pan to heat up as well.
When the bagel is toasted, spread with avocado spread or smashed avocado.
Flip the egg and place the cheese slice over the top of the egg. Remove the deli turkey from the pan and place on the bottom half of the bagel.
Place the egg a top of the turkey. Place the arugula either on the top half of the bagel or directly on top of the egg. Place the top of the bagel on the egg.
