These jalapeno popper stuffed pork burgers are made with ground pork and filled with cream cheese, fresh jalapeno slices, and bacon pieces then topped with even more cheese for the perfect spicy pork burgers recipe.
Preheat the grill to medium high heat of between 350℉ and 400℉.
Combine the ground pork, seasoned salt, parmesan and grated parmesan cheese. Mix completely.
Form eight thin patties slightly larger than bun size. Then layer a small one ounce block of cream cheese, two jalapeno slices and a few bacon pieces.
Place a second thin pattie on top of the thin patty and seal the edges. Season with Jalapeno Popper Seasoning.
Place on the grill not directly over flame but doesn't have to be in direct heat. Cook for 5-7 minutes and then flip the burgers. Cook another 5 minutes and add cheese to the top before removing from the grill to melt the cheese.
Garnish with more bacon pieces and jalapeno poppers. Serve on your favorite hamburger buns.
