Parmesan Crusted Potatoes and Pork Steak Sheet Pan Meal

Crispy parmesan crusted potatoes and pork steak are an easy sheet pan meal that can be prepped ahead of time and stored in the fridge or freezer until meal time.
Mix the parmesan cheese, red pepper flakes, and Italian seasoning packet together.
Spread a little avocado oil on the bottom of a jelly roll baking sheet. Then sprinkle with a quarter of a cup of the parmesan cheese andd Italian dressing mix.
Mince garlic. Melt butter in a small bowl andd ten add avocado oil. Add minced garlic to the melted butter and avocado oil. Stir in the other packet of Good Seasons Italian Dressing.
Cut potatoes in half. Add them to a large bowl and toss in the butter, oil, and garlic mixture.
Take each potato and place cut side into the parmesan cheese mixture.
Place cut side down on the jelly roll pan on the outer edges.
With the remaining butter and oil mixture, toss the pork steaks in it. If you need a bit more add avocado oil or brush on the pork steaks. Then sprinkle with the parmesan cheese and place on the jelly roll pan.
Grind black pepper over the steaks and potaatoes. Bake on 400° for 30 minutes or until the pork steaks reach 150° and potatoes are soft to a fork being inserted.
