Sausage and Pepperoni Pull-Apart Pizza Bread made with refrigerator biscuits – the appetizer version of the classic sausage and pepperoni pizza that's not only delicious but also incredibly easy to make.
Brown the sausage and add two teaspoons of pizza seasoning if not using Italian sausage.
Pop open the cans of biscuits and removing them from the can. Then cut into four quarters. Put them in a large bowl and set aside.
In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave the butter for 20-second increments until melted. Mince the garlic and stir into the melted butter. Pour the garlic and butter mixture over the biscuits.
Then toss the butter over the biscuits. Stir half the cheeses, seasoned sausage, and a few pepperonis into the biscuits. Stir in garlic salt and Italian seasoning if you haven't already add edit to the sausage.
Prep a bundt pan by spraying it with cooking spray. In the bottom of the pan place pepperonis around the bottom.
Place a row of the biscuits, cheese, and sausage over the pepperonis. Sprinkle in pepperonis over the biscuits.
Spoon pizza sauce over the biscuits. Then layer again with biscuits and sauce. Then to the top, sprinkle with extra cheese and place pepperonis around the top.
When the biscuits are used up to the top of the pizza pull apart bread, sprinkle with extra cheeses, and place pepperonis around the top.
Bake for 35-40 minutes in the preheated oven or when the bread is firm to the touch. Let set and cool for five minutes.
Then run a butter knife around the edge of the bundt pan, both inside and outside edge. Then place a large dinner plate on the bundt pan.
