Pumpkin Crunch

This pumpkin crunch, aka pumpkin dump cake, is an easy recipe that takes 5 minutes to make. Every pumpkin lover will beg you for the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of pumpkin
  • 1 can of evaporated milk
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 boxed yellow or white cake mix
  • 1/2 cup of chopped nuts
  • 1/2 cup of butter melted

Instructions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients.
  2. Pour into a greased 13x9 pan.
  3. Sprinkle cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Then sprinkle nuts over top.
  4. Pour melted butter over top of the nuts.
  5. Bake on 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
  6. Serve with whipped cream.
