Beer Biscuits are a quick and easy drop biscuit recipe that will remind you of your favorite beer bread recipe.
Cut sour cream into the Bisquick to make a crumbly mixture.
Add beer and stir to combine. The dough will be very soft and sticky.
Place three tablespoons of the butter in a round or square 9-inch cake pan. Place in a 450 degree oven till butter is just melted.
Remove pan and then drop 7-9 biscuits into butter. Melt remaining tablespoon of butter and pour over biscuits.
Bake for 12-15 minutes on 450 degrees.
