These easy refrigerator dill pickles are quick to make and will disappear out of your fridge just as fast.

Ingredients

  • 3 small cucumbers sliced
  • 1/4 onion sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves sliced
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon peppercorns
  • 2 teaspoon dill seed
  • 1/2 cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 pint jar with lid seal and ring

Instructions

  1. Put a layer of sliced onions and garlic in the bottom of the jar.
  2. Pack half full with sliced cucumbers.
  3. Layer another thing layer of onion and garlic.
  4. Fill completely with cucumbers.
  5. Top with salt, sugar, peppercorns, and dill seed.
  6. Pour vinegar till jar is 1/3 full.
  7. Fill remainder with water.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 24 hours.
