Ingredients

  • 1-2 pounds sirloin steak, sliced
  • 2 whole onions cut into chunks and seperated
  • 2 whole bell peppers cut into chunks
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Premium Beef Better Than Bouillon
  • 3 teaspoons fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons honey optional for low carb

Instructions

  1. Place the butter in the bottom of the crock pot. Place the onions and peppers over the butter. Follow this with the steak.

  2. Mix the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, Better Than Bouillon, and honey if you are using it. When completely combined, pour over the beef.

  3. Mix the peppers, onions, and beef together.

  4. Cook for three hours on high.

  5. Serve over rice or eat alone.
