Hard cider oven-baked BBQ ribs are an easy combination of dry rub, hard cider, and barbecue sauce where the flavors meld together after hours of slow roasting. #ribs #Spareribs #BBQ
Generously cover the ribs in the pork BBQ rub. Place in a deep pan, like a lasagna pan. Cover with aluminum foil.
Bake for 3 hours on 250-degrees.
Remove from oven and transfer to a jellyroll pan. Brush on barbeque sauce on the ribs. Recover with the aluminum foil.
Bake an additional hour on 250-degrees or until ready to eat.
