Ingredients

  • 1 whole rack Pork Ribs
  • 3 tablespoons Pork BBQ Rub
  • 1 bottle Hard Cider
  • 1 cup Barbeque Sauce

Instructions

  1. Generously cover the ribs in the pork BBQ rub. Place in a deep pan, like a lasagna pan. Cover with aluminum foil.

  2. Bake for 3 hours on 250-degrees.

  3. Remove from oven and transfer to a jellyroll pan. Brush on barbeque sauce on the ribs. Recover with the aluminum foil.

  4. Bake an additional hour on 250-degrees or until ready to eat.
