Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Fajita Meat
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fajita Seasoning
  • 3/4 cup Mexican Beer
  • 1 cup canned fire-roasted tomatoes
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, add vegetable oil and heat. When the pan is hot, add the steak fajita meat and season with the fajita seasoning.

  2. As the steak begins to cook, add the peppers, onions, and garlic. Stir to combine. Add the fire-roasted tomatoes to the skillet.

  3. Let simmer for 8-10 minutes.

  4. Before serving, top with lime juice. Serve with tortilla shells and a guacamole salad.
