Ingredients

  • 1 pie crust
  • 5 eggs
  • ½ cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese with cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon season salt
  • 1/2 cup bacon crumbles
  • 1 cup shredded colby-jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Place the pie crust in a deep-dish pie pan. Poke the bottom of the pie crust with a fork several times. Bake on 300 degrees for 10 minutes.

  2. Mix the eggs, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, and seasoning salt in a blender cup. Put the blade lid on and blend for 30 seconds or until completely pureed.

  3. Remove the pie crust from the oven. Spread the colby-jack cheese in the bottom of the pie crust. Top the cheese with the bacon crumbles.

  4. Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and bacon.

  5. Bake on 375° for 35-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean and with no runny eggs.
