Instructions
Chop the onions, celery, and garlic. Place half the chopped vegetables in the crock pot along with 2 tablespoons of butter
3 cloves garlic, 1 onion, 2 celery stalks
Lay the chicken over the vegetables and season the chicken with garlic pepper seasoning. Add the remaining butter and vegetables to the top of the chicken.
