Crock Pot Scalloped Potatoes with Ham recipe is simple to put together, a great way to use leftover ham and a great comforting meal for a busy weeknight.
Saute onions and garlic in butter till onions are slightly caramelized.
Grease the crock pot. Start with buttering the casserole crock pot dish. Just swipe the stick of butter all around.
Make the casserole. Layer a single layer of potatoes. Liberally season with salt and pepper then put half the onions over top of the potatoes. Follow with half the ham and shredded cheese.
Then repeat.
When the last piece of shredded cheese hits the casserole, mix together milk and corn starch till completely dissolved. Pour over top of the entire casserole.
