Bacon-wrapped jalapeño poppers are an easy 5-ingredient appetizer — jalapeños stuffed with seasoned ground pork, cream cheese, and Parmesan, then wrapped in bacon and baked until crispy. The perfect game-day or holiday-party snack.
Brown ground pork. Drain any excess grease and stir in cheeses.
While pork is cooking, cut the top of each jalapeno off and cut in half lengthwise. Scoop out all the seeds.
Fill jalapeno halves with the pork and cheese mixture.
Cut bacon slices in half and wrap each half piece of bacon around each filled jalapeno half. Place on jelly roll pan.
Bake on 350 until bacon is crisp. Depending on bacon thickness, 30-45 minutes.
Notes
Make ahead: Assemble up to 1 day in advance and refrigerate before baking. Sausage swap: Substitute breakfast sausage for the ground pork. Air fryer: 375°F for 12–15 minutes. Less heat: Remove all seeds and membranes from the jalapeños.
