A working mom of two college-aged kids and a recovering dairy farmer. My husband Matt and I traded the 80-cow dairy for careers supporting the agricultural industry — but we still have about 20 head of dairy heifers and cows, and we still show Holstein and Jersey cattle at state and national competitions. Cooking is my creative outlet. My family just wishes I'd make the same thing twice.
