Oh. My. Ham steak!
My husband is lucky I love him and saved some of this for him. Between the neighbors who were over and the kids and I we would have ate it all.
After about 4 hours I pulled the ham steak out of the bag for about 10 minutes. Then mix together ¾ cup Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon of Italian seasoning, and 1 teaspoon of garlic salt. Cover both sides with the mixture with about 3-4 tablespoons of the Parmesan mixture.
Grill on the aluminum foil not on direct heat. Flip over onto the foil after about 10 minutes.
Grill until it is about 145-150 degrees and then remove ham steak from grill and let rest for 10 minutes.
Slice up after about 10 minutes and ENJOY!! Everyone will love this ham steak!
